Side-Roleplays

This is a place for you all to roleplay when I don't have a new adventure up! I know that you are ALL bored, so now you can roleplay whenever! These small role plays shouldn't effect the plot in any way, so be careful when commenting something.

Good comment:
"Alia ran into her house door only to find that her parents weren't there."

Bad Comment:
"Alia walked outside to see a phantom guarding something. She quickly realized that it was a birthstone. She ran up to the phantom and used Kitsune's Whispers on it. Once it was dead, she retrieved the birthstone and walked back to the temple."

Just make sure that your comment doesn't effect the existing plot and you'll be fine.

  1. Gila marched through the forest proudly, her head held high and the rest of the adventurers following closely behind her. "Come on, step up your game!" She barked over her shoulder.

  2. Victory picked up his pace to match Gila's speed. "Just don't act like you're the boss of everyone," he said under his breath.

    1. "I heard that." She growled. Without admitting she needed rest herself, she stopped at the top of the hill and stared down at the others. "We can have some food, but then we're going to keep heading to the campground. I think this trip will be good for you." She smirked and sat down on a rock beside a tree. She pulled out a packet of berries and started eating.

  3. Victory's ear twitched. "I prefer hunting," he stated. He headed down the hill and headed back into the forest.

    1. Gila twitched her ear in annoyance. "Suit yourself." She called after him, stuffing some berries into her mouth. "But bring us some water while you're at it." She barked, tossing a copper bowl down the hill, watching as it skidded to Victory's feet.

    2. He nodded, and picked up the bowl in his jaws. "I'll try to find a stream," he said, voice slightly muffled by the bowl. He padded through the forest and came to a small river. He dunked the bowl into the water and brought it back up to see it full. He walked back up the hill and put the bowl by Gila's paws. "Here you go, 'Queen' Gila." He said, trying not to snarl at the older wolf. He whipped around and walked back into the forest to hunt.

    3. Gila held back a growl of annoyance and lifted up the bowl. She set it on the rock and started setting up a filter. Fastening the sticks together with holey pieces of wood in-between, Gila lay different rocks on each level. She then set another bowl at the bottom of the filter and poured the water in, watching as it sifted through the filter.

  4. Victory perked his ears. He head a rustle and saw a mouse scuffling at the roots of a bush. He got his bow off and pulled and arrow out of the holder. He held it against the strings, took aim, and let go of the arrow. It hit the mouse and it flopped to the ground. Putting his bow back on, he picked it up in his jaws and padded back up the hill. Lying down on a rock, he devoured his catch, realizing how hungry he was. He swallowed the last morsel and swiped his tongue across his lips.

    1. After consuming about half the bag of berries, Gila stood up from her rock and called to the others. "Our break is over, it's time to keep going. The camp ground isn't far from here." She packed up the berries and the filter in her satchel and took a swig of water from the bowl. She set it on the rock so the bypassers could take some water. "The last person to leave is to take the water." She called over her shoulder as she broke off into a path shaded by a bramble bush.

  5. Victory padded up to the water and lapped some up. He then turned and followed Gila along the path.

    1. Thalia watched them from up in the trees. Suddenly, she flashed out a paw and hooked up the satchel and darted farther up into the tree. She opened the bag and consumed the berries. She smirked and threw down the satchel in Gila's face.

  6. Victory let out a snarl. "She can be demanding, but you shouldn't eat all her food!" He glared at the she-wolf through narrowed, golden eyes, then started following Gila again.

    2. Ronan quickly ran back to the stream when nobody was looking. He stabbed a fish with his sword, and then ate it like there was no tomorrow. When he looked up, everybody was staring at him. "Shoot." he muttered.

    7. Thalia rushed after them, collecting wood along the way. When she got to the pine tree, she set the wood down and used Blazing Flesh to light up the wood. She she padded toward the trunk of the tree and sat down, away from the others.

    12. At the sight of them heading to bed, Thalia climbed up the pine and sat on a branch. She looked through the branches and watched the gleaming stars. ''Watch over us Mira.'' she murmured. She laid down on the branch and drifted off to sleep, dreaming of Ronan in battle.

    13. After a long night, Gila woke up early in the morning. She yawned, stretched, and stood up. Her ears perked when she remembered there was only enough berries for a snack. She grabbed a spear and triumphantly walked out of the camp, making sure nobody was around.

    14. "Going somewhere?" Raven called out from a large ledge like rock that stood tall as the grey pale wolf wavered his tail side to side, looking down at the artic wolf that was passing through multiple trees, her coal black and deep brown coat not being easy to locate in the seemingly moving shadows under the trunks of tall trees, his head tilting to the right side as he continued watching Gila pad off while laying on his lighter shade of grey, still wearing his fox hat that laid untouched and stayed its dull lavender shade. Strapped around his abdomens was a black sword that glistened with sharpness while his black woven scarf with white markings embedded on it slightly wavered in the wind, it's light weight allowing it to flow amongst the breeze as his ring that was on his right paw glistened a a spot of sun forced it to sparkle and reveal its silvery gleam.

Suddleny she scented a odd scent. "Looks like we have an intruder" Thalia said as she unsheathed her claws. She tracked the scent and came to a tall rock. A black and brown wolf was perched on it. "Who are you?" She snarled.

    27. As Blossom was flying to a nearby strawberry bush, a while away from the camp, she heard something strange. She ignored it. It was deep in the woods, after all. She started eating some of the strawberries, when she heard something near. Then she saw a strange creature with a scorpion-like tail and skull head.. a soul swallower! What was one doing out here. She hid in the bush, hoping the creature wouldn't notice her.

      Delete
    28. The tall arctic wolf continued to smoke the horns until they were soft enough to be eaten. She took them into her paws and cut pieces for all of the adventurers. She took a bite out of one piece.

      Delete
    29. Blossom smelled the alarni horns, the scent stronger now because they were cooked. The soul swallower must've smelt it, too, because it started walking toward the direction of the campsite. Blossom dashed out of her hiding spot, and leaped on the creature with an earsplitting yowl. She bit it once, then dashed around it, trying to confuse it. She ran toward the opposite direction, hoping to lure it away.

      Delete
    30. Victory happily gulped down his piece of alarni horn, and almost choked on it when he heard the yowl. Through the overpowering scent of cooked alarni, he could slightly smell things that reminded him of a desert; a dry, dusty smell, but at the same time a damp, runny smell. Soul Swallower? he though, but quickly dismissed it. They live in deserts, don't they? he thought again, trying to reassure himself. But he couldn't just have IGNORED the yowl. It wasn't the normal caw of a bird, but it sounded somewhat like a frightened one. Awkwardly, he slunk backwards into a bush. He turned around and explored the forest, jumping over logs and trailing brambles. The dusty scent got stronger, as if it were only a few fox-lengths away. He padded forward, then saw Blossom darting away from camp, and a Soul Swallower pursuing her. So it is a Soul Swallower! Stupid me -.- Victory thought. He ran after the skull-wearing killer, striding through the forest with ease, being taught how to run through dense forests when his mother and father were alive. He saw a small tumble of rocks, and leaped from boulder to boulder until he was on top. He craned his neck around to grab his bow in his jaws and placed it on the rock. Pulling an arrow out of the pocket, he lifted his bow and held the arrow beside the strings, took aim at the Soul Swallower's tail, and let go. He wasn't sure if his arrows were strong enough to pierce the creature's tail completely, but he hoped that it would at least go through the stinger so Blossom was safe from getting struck by the venomous stinger. (FUN FACT: Snakes are venomous, because they inject poison by biting. Something poisonous would be something you would consume, like a poisonous drink)

      Delete
    31. Blossom heard the Soul Swallower let out a screech, and dared to look behind her. She saw Victory, and an arrow in the creature's tail. She slowed her pace, turned around, and quickly clawed at the creature. She dashed away, hoping it wouldn't follow her this time.

    32. Gila leapt out of her hiding spot in a tree and headbutt on the soul swallower. It let out a horrible, death-curdling sound as it fell backwards into a tree.

    33. Cloud leaped off the tumble of rocks, where it would be easier to aim. He got an idea, and ran to a nearby holly bush. He crushed the juice onto the tip of one of his arrows, and shot it into the Soul Swallower's paw. He hoped that if the Soul Swallower had gotten out alive, that it would like the wound in it's paw, and consume the holly berry juice, poisoning it. He then darted back to the camp to get a rescue team. He finally got to the camp, panting, and screeched, "SOUL SWALLOWER!!!" (The reason I called him Cloud was because I thought Victory was a stupid name, and it's just a nickname that others use)

    35. Thalia appeared to come from nowhere and stepped between them. She gasped. ''Its a Soul Swallower!!'' she said excitedly. She opened her paw and took out a needle with a vile at the end. Thalia injected the needle into the creatures tail and poison seeped into the vile. ''Come to papa'' she said giddily.

( PLEASE REPLY, IM GETTING IGNORED )

    36. Cloud darted back to the Soul Swallower, and saw Thalia getting the poison from it. He batted it's tail away with his paw, snarling, and rounded on the dark gray- and- black shewolf. "What were you thinking?! IT COULD HAVE POISONED YOU!" Cloud snarled at her, not mad, but worried about her safety, for he knew that only one or two strikes could easily kill her.

      Delete
    37. She rounded on him snarling. ''Don't you be telling me what to do!'' Thalia flashed out a paw and cuffed his ear. She turned back to the dead Soul Swallower and took out the full vile. ''I'm researching this poison, so why don't you back off and stop telling me what to do!'' she threatened. She suddenly remembered something that Cloud said. She whipped around and asked ''Why do you even care about my health?'' ''No one EVEN LIKES ME!!'' Thalia yowled angrily. She darted off back toward camp in a rage.

    38. Cloud looked at Blossom. "Wow, that makes me sound like a brute, doesn't it?" He darted after her. (Tell me where she is, like if she's sitting on a rock or something lol)

Thalia came to a medium size bolder. She scrambled up it blindly and sat down. Tears streamed down her face, which was in a grimace. She sensed someone coming up behind her, but didn't bother to turn around. Thalia's ragged fur stood up a little, her ears laid bad in anger.

      Delete
    40. Cloud came up to Thalia. "Sorry," he said, looking at his paws. "I didn't know you were going to research it.. I would be glad to help you though," he said, always liking to research about things that were unknown to him.

    41. Without turning around she said softly, ''Really? Oh thanks. I really need the help. And look, I'm sorry for yelling. I just have a slight temper..'' She turned around and had a slight smile on her face. "Your nice you know...'' Thalia murmured.

      Delete
    42. "Thanks, and it's alright. It's not like you're cursed by the Phantom King if you yell." Cloud replied. "So, you're researching Soul Eater venom?" He asked.

      Delete
    43. She slightly flicked her tail. ''Yes. I'm trying to figure out if we can use the venom to put in weapons. Like the tips of battle claws and arrows.'' She explained.

      Delete
    44. "Good idea," Cloud said. "Venom injects, so I bet it can be used somehow like that. I have some arrows to test it out on," he said, taking off his bow and taking out a golden arrow. "I don't think my arrows are the best at actually hurting things, they're only made of gold tree bark that I used to collect in the meadows."

      Delete
    45. Thalia nodded slightly, and took the arrow from him. Then she injected the needle into the tip of the arrow. ''Now there is poison in the arrow. If you hit it into an enemy, it not only injures them, but seeps the poison into their wound. It gives them a sure, painful death.'' she said. She looked at him, her light silver eyes gleaming, and gave him the arrow.

      Delete
    46. "The Phantoms don't stand a chance!" Cloud said, jumping up and batting his paws at the air. "Once, I even caught one. I went outside and, poof! There it was! So I charged at it and I was like, STAY OFF MY LAWN!" Cloud dramatically pretended to tackle a Phantom. "They're idiots," he said, chuckling. He got up and looked around. "Uhh, sorry you had to see that," he said as if mocking himself, still laughing a bit.

      Delete
    47. Thalia watched him with a small grin on her face. Though her grin looked more like a snarl. ''That's fine. You're actually quite funny, unlike me.'' she chuckled.

    48. "You really think so? I thought it just made myself look idiotic." Cloud said.
      (Short, I know. -hits self-)

    49. ''Yes I think so!'' Thalia exclaimed. A sudden wind swept past them, and rain starting to spray down on them. She look up in shock. ''I didn't even smell this coming'' she said confused. Her pelt was plastered to be body, so she looked skinny and vulnerable.

    50. Cloud let out a huff as rain poured down on him. "What gives?" He muttered. "I guess we should get back to the camp, unless we wanna be soaked to death." He put his golden bow back on and padded towards the direction to the camp.

    53. Cloud spotted a bush of blueberries as he followed the path to camp. He halted, and picked some off. He held a pawful of berries in his front right paw, so he had to waddle awkwardly to camp on three paws. He saw Blossom when he reached the camp, and padded over to her. "I got some berries for you. You haven't had anything yet, right?" Cloud asked her.

      Delete
    54. "Oh! Thanks so much!" Blossom exclaimed. "You didn't have to though, I already had a few."

      Delete
    55. "You're welcome and I certaintly did have to! Hunger sucks." Cloud replied to the tiger. He turned away, but stopped. This would be a good time to get some water if I need it, he thought. He padded into his tent and picked up a small, wood bowl and walked out. He padded to where the forest began at the entrance to camp, and put the bowl next to it's trunk so it could be filled with the dew drops that fell from the tree's leaves. He looked around and spotted a rock, picked it up in his jaws, and put it in the bowl so it wouldn't be accidently be swept away by a strong wind. He walked back into his tent and put his golden bow away, and curled up, hoping he could sleep through the unexpected storm.

    56. Blossom gratefully ate the berries, then noticed that the sun was setting. She went into her tent and fell asleep, the rain making a steady, rhythmic sound.

    57. Thalia appeared out of the fog with some vole's hanging from her jaws. She noticed that basically everyone was asleep. "More for me" she muttered as she sat down under a nearby pine tree. She watched the sky clear up and the stars start to gleam, as she ate slowly. Suddenly the skull on her head felt heavy. "I wish I didn't have to wear this" she whispered sadly, knowing if she took it off they would stray clear from her.

    58. (THIS IS A DREAM DON'T MIND IT)
Cloud found himself in some kind of run down factory. Dead bodies of unidentifiable creatures were scattered all around. There were these orange and green pipes. A voice whispered in his head: Walk in them. Resist walking out and having the freedom of the outside world. For some reason, without hesitation, and padded inside the orange tube and followed it. After about twenty minutes, he came to where the tube ended. It didn't really end, it was actually a gap, but with the other part of the tube about a fox-length away. But there was the dead body of a strange creature, too. It didn't seem to be on anything, but it was moving.. Cloud cringed with disgust and fear as he looked at it. It's body looked like a rat's, but very soggy and slumped, as if it was like bread in water. Its face.... Oh, its face... One side of its face was a tan color with a shining, pure black eye. The other side was red, and bumpy. It looked crushed in, and there wasn't an eye, just a very slim oval shaped socket. But when is opened its mouth, Cloud could see a gaping, jagged hole to the left in the roof of it's mouth. Beneath the hole, Cloud could see an eye. A green eye.... that was surprisingly realistic. It looked like some kind of rotten fruit- mushy, and kind of brown. He heard some kind of spilling sound, and saw that a wound had suddenly opened up in the creature's stomach. He could see one side of its rib cage, and organs, guts and blood were pouring out of a hole in its stomach. Suddenly it let out a roar- wait no, a bellow. It whipped Cloud with its tail, which was a long connection of bones that looked more like a spine. He landed several fox-lengths away, and blood started pumping out of his mouth. His stomach burst open, like a big explosion of blood. Cloud screamed, and his spine jutted out of his back, tearing his flesh. His neck bone stood right out, and Cloud gasped for breath. He just wouldn't die though. He lay the in agony, and it felt like something was slowly cutting him. He looked up, and he could barely get a glimpse of a mangled red snow leopard before his eyes shot open and without thinking, he darted into the forest at full speed. He panted, stopped, and sat on a rock and looked up at the cloudy, gray sky. "Still going to rain?" He mumbled to himself.

    62. Thalia woke to screaming. Her eyes flashing open and she darted out from her sleeping place. She noticed Cloud darting into the forest and followed him. He sat on the rock and mumbled something. Thalia walked around the rock and turned to him quietly. ''What happened?'' she said softly. Suddenly, something red flashed out of the corner of her eye and was gone. Thalia whipped her head around and growled. She stood slowly, lowered her ears and tail, and unsheathed her long claws. ''Who's there?!'' she bellowed as her fur arose in fear and anger.

    63. "It's nothing, just dreams getting to me. They always make me wake up screaming like a little girl, or crying like a kit." Cloud barely got to finish his sentence before Thalia bellowed, "Who's there?!" and her fur bristling. "Woah, calm down, What happened?" he asked.

    64. ''I saw something'' Thalia said nervously. She slowly turned toward him and said, ''Something red..''

    65. Cloud tilted his head, confused. "Like, a bright red?"

      Delete
    66. ''Yes, somewhat like that'' Thalia said. She looked at him straight in the eye, her eyes flickering, and asked, ''Do you know of something bright red?''

      Delete
    67. Cloud cringed under her intimidating stare, but tried to hide it and replied, "No, it's just that maybe by the pelt- or scale- color, maybe we could find out what it is."

      Delete
    68. Thalia tilted her head thoughtfully at his response. ''Ok. Follow me!'' she barked to him as she darted after the scent trail.
After a while of following the trail, they came to a small creek with some small shrubs surrounding it. ''The trail stops here..'' she said as she looked around. Something red flashed in the distance. But it was closer than last time.
''There's something over there.'' she said as she pointed her paw to the area where the red thing was.

      Delete
    69. Cloud dashed after her, somewhat struggling to keep up. They stopped at the creek. "The trail stops here.." Thalia said, and looked up as if she saw something. "There's something over there." She said and pointed her paw over to the other bank. "Well, there's only one way to find out what it is!" Cloud declared and plunged into the small river. He paddled swiftly and steadily, keeping his head above the water and weaving between rocks jutting out of the stream. When he got to the other side, he whipped around and yelled, "The water's not that deep, come on!" He looked around, specifically anything bright red.

      Delete
    70. Thalia looked at the water with a a spark of fear in her eyes. ''Alright.'' she answered. She slid into the river and swam across, paddling quickly. Thalia kept looking around at the water as she swam. She flung herself out of the water, breathing heavily and shook out her fur. ''You can take the lead now.'' she said breathlessly.

      Delete
    71. "Okay," replied Cloud. He padded through the forest, sliding around trees and clumps of bracken. Dead leaves and loose twigs crunched under his paws. "Looks like Golden-Leaf is almost here." Cloud wondered out loud. (Golden-Leaf is what his race called Autumn/Fall.) He suddenly stepped on a thorn and yelped, "Ow!" Out of the blue, his guard being let down, a mangled, dull red- and- black snow leopard tackled him, pinning him to the ground. "BONE?!" Cloud shrieked but the snow leopard slammed his paw down on his nose, making his eyes water. Seeing that he was stunned, the red and black snow leopard repeatedly raked his hind claws down Cloud's underbelly.

      Delete
    72. ''Cloud!'' Thalia screamed. She quickly unsheathed her claws and pounced on Bone and sunk her claws into his neck, tearing his flesh. She quickly jumped away and used Flaming Torch. She pelt caught fire and the shadow of the flames flicked on the trees. Her eyes burned like a cold fire as she dove onto Bone, burning him with her super hot flames.

      Delete
    73. Cloud shrieked from the pain, a small trickle of blood streaming down from his mouth. He backed away, still watching the snow leopard as it got engulfed in flames, but it didn't seem to notice. It just smirked, and bat-like wings sprouted from it's back. It flew into the air and spun around, a circle of flames appearing around Thalia. "Thalia, jump out of there!" He yowled and took his bow off, pulled an arrow out, and aimed at the snow leopard's wing. He fired and it tore right through the wing, making a gruesome ripping sound as it let out a bloodcurdling screech and it plummeted downwards. As it hit the ground it puffed into ashes and dust, and the flames around Thalia ceased. "Just an illusion?" Cloud asked, confused, as he picked up the soot and it was blown away in the wind.

    74. Thalia hissed and jumped of of the red tom. As Cloud fought Bone, she let her flames die out and cleaned her bloody claws. She quickly looked up when she heard a screech and the red snow leapord hit the the ground, making him turn into ashes. ''Just an illusion?'' Cloud said. ''What?'' Thalia asked as she stood up. She looked tired from using her power. ''What do you mean by illusion?'' she asked.

    75. "I've heard that illusions can be done with small particles like these, if done with the right amounts of psychic powers. They can be done with dark powers too," he explained. "But other than Mira and quite possibly the Alphas, I don't know who could of done this."

      Delete
    76. Thalia listened to him explain. ''I have no idea'' she said. She sighed and said sorrowfully, ''I'm really sorry that I made your follow the red thing I saw.'' ''I just risked your life'' she added. ''But whoever made that illusion was trying to scare you and probably didn't like you.'' Thalia said. She turned her ears this way and that, trying to pick up any sounds in the forest. But she got nothing. ''Hmm... Lets get you back to camp and fix up your wounds.'' she murmured.

      Delete
    77. "Yea, let's go..." He murmured. He walked back to camp with Thalia, cringing at the pain of the wounds. "Not like anyone's gonna notice anyway. I'm only 10, and everyone seems to think that 10 year olds are idiots."

In her dream she was sitting where she was and there were big bags all around her treehouse. She flew down and opened one. Glittering metal grains shimmered. "Wh- FLECKS!!!!" she cried and promptly woke up. She saw no bags at all. "Just a dream." she wispered

A chemical in the water makes the liquids in the waterfall almost appear purple. It's a long hike, but it's fun." He suggested to everybody.

    4. "Well I grew up in the wild, too. But I guess I've grown accustom to stuff like that after eight years I've grown accustom to things like that in Jamaa." He looked thoughtful for a moment. "I know! I can draw what I've seen! I'll be right back." Cloud said and darted off. He ran to his Mushroom Hut, ran up the stairs, and rummaged through the bookshelf. "It has to be here somewhere.." He mumbled, and finally pulled out a notebook. "There it is!" He said and dashed back to Thalia and Ronan.

    5. Rainbow stood, thinking for a moment. "Okay. Do you think there might just be anything else to add but chemicals?" asked the horse, sounding worried. Her hoof stomped the ground every now and then in nervousness.

"I packed supplies though," said the horse again. In a small pouch, it carried three canteens of water, some food and a small notebook and a pencil. A Creature Guide Book was also tucked in place.

    6. ''Well, I hope this water isn't going to be a lake or a river.'' she said tersely. Every time she talked about water, her fur rose in fear.
She noticed Cloud dashing back to us. He had a notebook in his jaws. She turned her head toward Rainbow and saw that she had a notebook too.
Thalia shifted her paws, feeling embarrassed, and said, ''Erm, I don't know how to read or write...''

    7. "Nogh eghry ohn ish pershect," said Cloud, muffled by the notebook in his jaws. He put it on the ground, noticing that could be considered rude, and repeated, "Not everyone is perfect." He said. "Heck, I don't even know how to sword fight! I prefer archery," he stated, looking at his bow. "Ronan, lead the way. I dunno where these 'Amethyst Falls' are. I don't even know how to handle maps properly." He had a flashback suddenly. "Well, except that one time when I had a map leading to a volcano which looked like someone drew it with their tail or something."

      Delete
    8. Ronan unfolded a huge map that seemed more like an atlas. "First we walk straight, then follow the trail until we see a fork in the trail, then take a right, then stop when we see a big tree stump. And..." His voice trailed on with countless instructions. Some that even seemed pointless. "...and then we take one final left and we're at Amethyst Falls!" He then noticed that everybody around him was sitting with an annoyed expression on their face, just waiting to start the hike already. "Whoops, got a little carried away." He laughed.

    9. "You should see how passionately I explain how to craft items to people.." Cloud joked silently.

    10. "Maybe you can lend me the map, Ronan," said Rainbow gently. As she studied the map, she said to Thalia, "I don't write well either. I draw. I love scenery."
After a few moments, Rainbow looked up. "Seems like a good twisted journey," she said. "Anyone else wants to come, perhaps?"
She peered into the other camper's territory. "Asleep?"

      Delete
    11. "They all seem to be asleep," muttered Rainbow.

She turned back to the group. "Do you want to go off now?"

      Delete
    12. So, the group galloped (I mean trot. Wait. I mean walked.) over to the Amethyst Falls as they chatted.

Ronan was the first to spot the waterfall.

    13. Whisper noticed them going to Amethyst falls, she decided to join them. She silently slipped into the group.

    14. (They're already at the Falls).

"Hey, so, Ronan. Now what?" asked the pegasus. She picked up her quill and dipped it in ink and began drawing the sparkling scenery before her.

"Good thing no phantoms are here, huh, Ronan?" asked the pegasus again, her voice trembling slightly.

She looked around, seeing others but Whisper having a fun time. She threw her head away from the not-suspicious looking Whisper and continued sketching.

    15. Whisper was on a rock looking at the falls. She stood away from the group, noticing rainbow looking at her she turned around only to see rainbow sketching.

    16. she turned back to the falls and sat down. As she began to relax suddenly she felt danger. Leaping to her feet she turned to warn the others

    18. Cloud flipped open his sketchbook to a clean page and drew the falls as if his life depended on it. He didn't hear Whisper, being deep in thought on how in the word you would put shading on a waterfall. "I knew I should have brought colored pencils!" He muttered to himself. He drew the rocks in and shaded them, then above the picture he wrote, 'Amethyst Falls' rather sloppily. "My paw writing is terrible. Oh well!" He said. He flipped to another page and went over to a rock to sketch a lizard he had spotted. When he was finished he lept onto a pink tinted rock and looked at the waterfall. He reached out a paw and recoiled back. "It's so cold!" He yelped in his mind. He bounced over to Blossom and made pretend cries. "Blossom, the water hurt me, it's cold! Use moo attack on it!" He pretended to whine.

    19. Ronan heard Whisper's warning, and he held up his hand to the group as if silently telling them to stop what they were doing. He scanned his surroundings and saw something move in the flowing water at the bottom of the waterfall. Suddenly, a small face popped out of the water. It was none other than an extremely rare Koi Dragon-Snake! Ronan smiled. "Oh, it was just a little snake." He said. But out of the corner of his eye, he saw something else emerge.

The koi dragon-snake acted like nothing had happened. But out of the blue, a Draco Venomosis Monstrosequus swam swiftly but calmly over to the snake and swallowed it whole. It then swam back underwater.

      "Eeeech." Ronan snorted.

      Delete
    20. "Isn't that Draco deadly?" Rainbow gulped.

She added the last details of the Falls and compared notes with Cloud.

"Whisper, you're trying too hard to have little or no fun," said Rainbow, tossing her mane aside.

    21. Whisper turned to Rainbow she glared at her before turning around and walking away from the group she paused after a little while and looked back then she took a few more steps before sitting down.

    23. "Real cool! Looks like I'm not the only egghead. Yay, another nerd friend!" Cloud joked. He glanced back at where the Draco Venomosis Monstrosequus had just been. "Aren't those things hostile and try to kill on sight? Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't we go considering there's a killer in the water?" He wondered. "Whatever. Being naive is fun, anyway."

      Delete
    24. Whisper started getting distracted by a group of koi dragon snakes she watched them not noticing the Draco Venomisis monstrousequus till it Lunged for a koi dragon snake. She leapt to her feet and clawed at its eyes before leaping away from the large jaws

      Delete
    25. "Hey, Whisper. You do want to get killed, do you?" asked Rainbow sternly, returning a glare as icy as Antarctica.

"Aww, Cloud. I'm not an egghead!" said Rainbow.
"Still... something about the patterns of these koi fishes confuse me."

Rainbow shrugged. "Life isn't always clear anyway," she laughed in a good way at herself and kept the notebook away. "So, Ronan. More than chemicals here. Like, more creatures," said Rainbow.

      Delete
    26. Whisper froze and turned to look at rainbow, she glared at Rainbow her icy blue eyes were filled with anger. Then she turned and walked away vanishing into a group of trees the koi dragon snake at her side.

      Delete
    27. "Wow! Not only are the waters purple, but they are filled with rare creatures too!" Ronan exclaimed. He turned to see Whisper straying from the group. "Hey, what's wrong?" He asked, still staying in his spot.

      Delete
    28. "Something seems fishy, my nerdy friend," whispered Rainbow to Cloud.

"I know Whisper isn't working with the phantoms, but..."

A silence built a bit of tension between the two.

"Why would Whisper need the company of the koi-dragons?"

Rainbow flipped her book open. "They won't even tag around. They just... like you. Something is not right."

The pegasus turned to Ronan, who was looking at a bunch of trees. "Do you think these chemicals are making creatures act a little different?"

      Delete
    29. "Yea, very fishy indeed." Cloud replied. He was silent for a moment before Rainbow spoke up. "Why would Whisper need the company of the koi-dragons?" She asked. "I dunno," said Cloud. "But I read in my creature guide that they only tend to have a liking towards those who deserve their company. But she can play around with her little fish friends if she wants. Not like she seemed to be having any fun."

      Delete
    30. Whisper ignored the groups comments and walked father away from them, she sat down and turned her head to look back, she gazed sadly back knowing the group did not trust her.

    31. Rainbow eyed the koi dragons.

"I don't think they like me. I don't 'deserve' their company," said the pegasus.

She craned her head towards the sky. "Do tell me, Sky Mother. Are the kois different or is Whisper from others?"

      The wind blew. No reply.

"Of course I wasn't expecting for one," laughed Rainbow.

"Still, Whisper is just nine," said Rainbow. She looked back and saw a fox's tail much like Whisper's. "Mira knows why she's like that. Why she's alone, why isn't there others."

Tucking the book back in, Rainbow said, "Well, life isn't always clear."

      Delete
    32. Whisper sat there silently she looked back once more. Then got to her paws. She started walking farther away, then she stopped. Turning around she saw movement then she saw a group of Draco Venomisis monstrousequus

      Delete
    33. Rainbow noticed the swarm of dracos too. She stopped. "C-Cloud? R-Ronan? I think we really have to learn more about habitats of creatures because there's a... swarm of Draco Venomisis Monstrousequus there..." said Rainbow, fear in her voice.

"It can kill Whisper with a hit or two, and I don't think anyone CAN survive an attack with so much," said Rainbow. "I'm willing to try to attack, but... any advice?"

      Delete
    34. Whisper swiftly clawed and chomped down on the swarm only barely managing to avoid their attacks she jumped on ones back clawing it. When the others tried to attack her they only ended up injuring the others in their swarm. She did not notice the one she was on starting to move before it was to late.It flung itself back and its spike sunk into her

      Delete
    35. "I don't think I could fight them.... I'm so scared of them..." Cloud said in a quivering voice. "But I could try..." He pulled off his bow, looking confident for a heartbeat, then sighed and dropped it. "Who am I kidding? We might be able to take on one, but a whole swarm? We're dead meat. Time to say hi to Bone," he said. He laid on the ground with his paws over his head. Tears filled the corners of his eyes from all the fear when he heard the rustling of a massive creature in some bushes nearby.

      Delete
    36. Whisper pulled the spike out of her, her blood spilled from the wound. She weakly got up and started to limp away when one saw her. She noticed that they all were pressing in on her. She clawed at their eyes and manged to escape their attacks. She chomped at them before swiftly turning and trying to get out of the swarm.

      Delete
    37. "All right! I've had it!" said Rainbow. She began kicking pebbles towards the dracos. Attracted to a new victim, the dracos chased her.

"If the chemical isn't poisonous anything, this could do," whispered Rainbow as she plunged into the water, sending koi-dragons away. Sshe held her breath, but the Draco won't enter the water.

      Delete
    38. Whisper quickly knowing this was her chance to escape limped over to he group.

    39. Ronan, completely ignoring the Dracos' assault, was jotting down notes furiously in his Limited Edition Creature Guide, which had small space in each page to write your OWN observations about creatures. Hoping that nobody suddenly peered over his shoulder, he wrote down that "the Draco Venomosis Monstrosequus and Koi Drahon-snake have a natural rivalry between each other."

      Delete
    40. The coast was finally clear. Rainbow emerged from the water and gasped for air.

She shook her wet fur and mane as she stood beside the Falls. "Good new, Ronan. I've got a observation- the chemicals in the Amethyst Falls aren't poisonous or deadly."

She searched for Whisper. "Is Whisper alright?"

    41. Whisper limped over to the rest of the group. She looked up hearing her name, painfully she nodded.

    42. Cloud peered through his paws and saw the bloody, jagged frame of Whisper and gasped, completely forgetting his suspicions about her. He jumped up and ran over to her, checking her all over like a maniac. "What happened? Did one strike you?" He asked questions a mile a minute, then slowed down. "O-okay, tell me, did you get pierced by one of their spikes? Please be honest because they are extremely venomous."

      Delete
    43. "DON'T YOU NOD TO MY ALRIGHT! YOU'RE NOT!" raged Rainbow.
"How dare you lie about the matters of life!"

Then, her voice soften up. "Where does it hurt?"

Her face became stern again, "Cloud is right. They are extremely venomous," said Rainbow.

      Delete
    44. Whisper looked up at them, she nodded at Cloud's questions. Weakly she showed them the gash where the spike had sunk into her

      Delete
    45. "I can't believe you said this is ALRIGHT!" said Rainbow, rather angry. She collected a few plants by the Falls and applied them on the cut. She then wrapped a long reed with a few leaves and fruits on the wound.

"That should help the wound. The spike is working in you. The poison is a little to strong, but the juice will help weaken the effect. Now.. we must treat the wound with a more serious aid," said Rainbow.

She slowly explianed, but stopped when she saw Whisper staring at her as if Whisper was dumbfounded.

      Delete
    46. Whisper looked down her eyes filled with pain, she could feel the poison's affects.

      Delete
    47. "Mind if I help?" Asked Cloud. He reached into a satchel around his neck and pulled out some cobwebs. "These actually work very well as bandages," said Cloud as he wrapped it around the wound. "There. Now you should leave that alone. Don't get cut around it, don't put anything cold on it, and don't try to suck it out... If that's even possible. Now wait here while I make an anti-venom." He pulled a small bottle out of the satchel and ran into the woods, aware of any dracos. He found one of their spikes on the ground and put the tip in the bottle, watching the venom drip out. After what seemed to be forever, it was filled decently. He looked around for a certain plant, but to no avail. Ugh! Where's the darned snake root?! He snarled, frustrated, in his mind. He ran back to the Amethyst Falls to Rainbow. "Would you happen to have any snake root? I can't take my precious time finding some or Whisper could possibly die!"

      Delete
    48. "Here, I always pack a few herbs and so with me," said Rainbow, trying to hide a relieved sigh. She handed the root over to Cloud.

"I guess you're good at botany too? I'm just not good at the healing part," said Rainbow as she began to take out another vial of red-berry juice.

    49. Whisper lost strength in her legs, she lied down on the ground waiting . She painfully looked up at them seeing if they were done

    50. "Thanks. I was trained in what types of herbs there were and how to use them, but I bet there are still a lot I don't know. And I think I use them the right way, but I'm always nervous about if I gave them the right herb or it will work properly. Anyway, I'm getting off track." Cloud replied. He crushed the snake root and sprinkled it into the bottle. "I hope that repels the poison." He gave the bottle to Whisper. "Drink it. I'm pretty sure it could act as an anti-venom and stop the poison. Also, you might wanna lay off the adventuring. And you should probably drink water and wait it out. I think you will know when you're better." He advised her.

    51. Whisper weakly lifted her head and drank the bottle.

    53. I don't see why they wouldn't be fine.." Cloud said, but realized how dumb he was being. "Well, besides the fact that we just got attacked by a swarm of Dracos."

    54. Whisper glanced up at Rainbow. Don't blame yourself, Whisper said.

It's not harmful to your health, but it's supposed to be really hot."

Inside the bottle was a little tiny, almost shriveled up thing that looked like it had been out in the sun all day. Nobody could tell what it was, it just looked..... Black.

He drank the water like his life depended on it, it certainly seemed like it, but it only seemed to inflame it. "GIVE ME MILK!" Cloud yowled dramatically and ran around in a circle. He collapsed on the ground and stroked his paws down his tongue quickly as is he had gotten a bug in his mouth. "MY TONGUE FEELS NUMB! RONAN ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME?" He yelled jokingly.

    62. Rainbow was practising a solo Jamaa Derby with the obstacles of the woods when she heard a shout. It wasn't a shout of danger. It was a shout from an unintentional game of "fun".

      "How can they--"
Rainbow silenced her thoughts to listen to the crickets as she jumped over a fallen log.

    63. Cloud rolled around in the dirt and dust caked his fur. "HELP ME I AM DYINGGGG!" He moaned with false pain, throwing his paw on his forehead. He got up, looking like a draco because of his fur spiking out, and said, "Phantoms in a nutshell."

      Delete
    64. Rainbow heard a shout. "Help me, I am dying," it said. She tried her best to ignore it, hearing a false tone. She then concentrated on her gemstone, trying to connect with the forest.

    65. Whisper walked over to Cloud and brought out a vile. This should help with the burning feeling she said giving him the vile.

    66. "...........That was one of the most embarrassing things I've ever done in my life. EVER." He said, thinking of how stupid he must have looked. "Whisper I don't need it. It's gone now, but a little bit of tingling."

    67. Whisper nodded then she started mixing some other things in the vile and it turned red. The vile smelled like a mix of poison and herbs. Whisper looked up, "Now who wants to drink from this vile?"she said holding the vile up.

    68. Meanwhile, Rainbow was lead to find the "new materials" for making herbs in the forest. With a connection with nature, she now knew where to find Snakeroot. She knew where to find the most deadly berries. She knew what plants dwell in the forest, but not the creatures.

Night fell. "I guess I better hurry," Rainbow thought, collecting the last bit of leaves she needs before heading back.

    69. "Hey guys, I have an awesome idea. We could camp out!"

Everybody started weighing Ronan down with about a million questions.

"Did anybody even pack a tent?"
"But nobody brought marshmallows! A campfire isn't complete without s'mores!"
"It where would we even camp? Isn't it dangerous with all the Dracos in the water?"
"I'd love to camp but if we did, I'd NEED my sleeping bag! I am not sleeping on moss! Wait.... ARE we sleeping on moss?!"

Ronan waved his hands in the air with an expression on his face that looked as if he were angry and constipated at the same time.
"GUYS, I'D TELL YOU IF I COULD ANSWER THINGS ONE. AT. A. TIME."
All the jammers looked apologetic or embarrassed.
"Ok, I'll tell you. Yes, since nobody packed a tent, we'd have to build a makeshift one out of natural materials such as logs. We would use collect dry leaves, but then wash them in the water so there are no insects. After that, we dry them. We use those for sleeping. All of this should work. Besides, everything is just so modernized nowadays. Wouldn't it be fun to just stay up building a 'tent?'"

    70. Rainbow appeared. "What did I miss?"

Ronan looked satisfied somehow, and the others seemed to have shocked expressions pasted on their faces.

"I missed a lot, didn't I?" muttered Rainbow, their face telling it all.

      Delete
    71. Whisper nodded before going to collect materials. She saw a pile of moss growing in between the trees trunk. She grabbed some, then put them in a pack along with some leaves. Then she a bunch of logs and vines. She walked closer to it and noticed they seemed to make almost a kind of tent. She looked at the ground, it was covered in moss. Quickly she walked over to the group , "I found the perfect place for camp" she said

    72. (Constipated XD Goldy the little comedian) "Yea. Everyone nowadays always go, OH LOOK AT MAH FANCY SHAMCY SPIKED COLLAR. I SAY I WORKED HARD FOR IT BUT REALLY ALL I DID WAS SCAM IT" Cloud said, having the urge to do a rant but didn't want to waste time. He headed into the forest, certain he would find the needed materials. He was a bit wrong though. The twigs he found were little and short. He found some long ones but they would never be sturdy enough. At last he found a rather thick but somewhat light log. He carried it in his jaws while he pulled off some low branches of trees. After a short time, he had a pile of branches and logs. He carried some in his mouth back to the camp while clutching some others under his chin against his chest. He dropped them in the corner and went out to get some leaves. It was the beginning of Golden Leaf, so there were plenty on the ground. He scraped them up into a pile with his claws, and put those beside the logs. He decided to also get some moss for sleeping on. He looked around for any trees with moss, and saw Whisper getting some moss from one. When she was done, he clawed off the remaining moss for a bed. He put that on top of the other piles and waited for the others to finish.

    73. "C-camp? No one told me so!" Rainbow stuttered.

Still, she donated some branches she collected earlier. "Can someone turn the fire on?" she asked. She then looked around. "I might actually sleep in the out, if there aren't any creatures. It looks like a beautiful night."

    74. Whisper grabbed some old dry leaves and birch bark. Quickly she made a spark, soon she had a fire going. She walked back over to the clearing and moved the logs and vines to make a roof and walls. She added extra moss for bedding, then went to check on the fire again.

    75. "I don't know about camping in, or camping out. I mean, this falls! Just... all these creatures," muttered Rainbow.

Even as she muttered, she built herself a small tent, supported by twigs and branches.

    76. Whisper got some food out of her pack and started cooking it over the fire. She walked back over to her tent and added mud to the cracks.

"Do you guys want to tell ghost stories?" asked the mare, the fire flickering, shadows dancing.

"Ok." Ronan began. "I'll tell one. It begins in a kindergarten in Jamaa, where many children go to learn. What the parents don't know, however, is that this school has a very bad secret. They mistreat the children. A little panda named Fern entered her new school for the first time. This was going to be a big day. It was the first day of kindergarten! She sat down in her seat. The first thing that the two teachers laid down were the rules.

      'No hitting,
Don't follow the teachers unless told,
ABSOLUTELY NEVER go into the supply closet,
If your parents ask what you did in school today, just say "we learned the alphabet song and colored in our name."
And last but not least, don't yell.'

'Well great! Now I know the rules!' Fern thought, who was great at following directions. Later that day, the teachers said that they were going to do an activity. Ms. Ollyshire brought all the children to a rather large but empty room. She told all the children to go and play duck, duck, goose, and then locked them in there. They tried playing the game, until Mark (a blue crocodile wearing overalls) had to go to the bathroom really badly. Of course, the door was locked and it was an empty room, so Mark had to try and hold it. But he failed. He pooped his pants. When the room was unlocked, the croc told the teachers about his situation. 'That's nice. Not our problem.' They said. By now Fern was sure something was wrong. 'Hey teacher? Why is it not your problem?' She asked. 'That's a horrible question!' Mrs. Prak replied. 'You get a punishment!' The panda was brought to a place where a hole was in a wall. 'In you go!' Fern was shoved into an air vent, a thing placed behind her. She didn't yell for help, because yelling would be breaking the rules. She tried exploring the vents and found rotting flesh sticking to the ground and wall, along with the skeleton of a rabbit. Fern stayed calm, but was never brought out of the air vent. The end."

"How was the story?" Ronan asked.

    79. "Oh, forgot to say. Fern's soul still roams in the school. Eventually, the place was closed over sanitation issues. Apparently the air vents not only carried the scent of rotting bodies, but also the bacteria from them too. Tons of children got really sick from it, so the police were contacted and the teachers were arrested. The school got a major cleanup and lots of remodeling. The air vents were torn down entirely. After the place was reformed, the kindergarten went back in business with new, better teachers. Sadly, the place had lost a bit of reputation, but at least the old teachers were far from any children now."

    80. "Ohh, that sounds horrible!" said Rainbow. "I would have kicked the teacher. Kicking isn't the same as hitting."

Rainbow spoke again, "Let me tell you guys one."

(Based on a real story and may give you nightmares or creeps when you just look out the window.)

"At late night, two cubs heard braying of a donkey. The two cubs looked out. They thought they saw a bear-donkey...

"There's a family of bears. The two cubs were asked to hunt for food since their mother was sick, their father was out in the West. So, the two cubs went to the East. Upon homecoming, the cubs saw saw a bear-donkey. It gave their just homecoming father a loaf of bread. It puzzled the father greatly and then raced after the donkey-bear to return the loaf of bread.

"The cubs asked their mother, and she said, if their father accepted the loaf of bread, they are accepting the strange donkey spirit, whether good or evil, to live in their cave."

      "The end."

      Rainbow actually looked shaken up.

    81. (By the way, by "real" ghost story I didn't mean it was based on a real event in life, I meant that I was ACTUALLY going to tell a story and not just say something like "Ronan continued his story. 'And then the girl looked up to see none other than the creature!'" Sorry if that was weird x3)

    82. (Mine, by the way, is a real life story... Bears being human, the bear-wolf a human, half donkey. The father didn't exactly know that the donkeyman is actually going to give him the bread or know what the bread could have done.)

"What do you think?" asked Rainbow.

    83. Whisper listened to the stories, as she cooked food over the fire.
"Good stories" she said quietly after they finished

    84. "Do you have one, Whisper? What about you, Victory?" asked Rainbow. She swung her head to the now-quiet Snow Leopard.

    85. "Pretty cool." Ronan said. As he started talking on and on about how there had lately been a Charmarris terrorizing someone, a figure started to appear behind him. Everybody tried pointing behind him to tell him to move or something, but he didn't pay attention to them. Yellow eyes opened against the silhouetted creature, and then it's jaws snapped out right next to Ronan's head, ending the life of a rather large moth. "Oh goodness." He observed, examining the snout that lay before him. Then the face revealed itself more. Luckily it was only a wandertrappion, and it scampered away seconds later. "Why does everything have to frighten people? Why is nature so... Scary?"

    1. Rainbow turned to see Blossom grinning. "Blossom!" she complained. "I thought you're a stray cow that needs some good kicking!"

Rainbow was glaring at Blossom, who seemed to be grinning.
